Divus Augustus, died AD 14. As (Copper, 28 mm, 10.53 g, 7 h), Rome, struck under Tiberius, circa 22/3-30. DIVVS•AVGVSTVS•PATER Radiate head of Divus Augustus to left. Rev. S - C Square altar with two doors and two horns on top. BMC 146. Cohen 228. RIC 81. Attractive patina. Struck somewhat off center, otherwise, good very fine.
